HARPE provides systems engineering, architecture and analysis support which includes defining, clarifying, and documenting operational information exchange requirements; performing the necessary parametric analysis and tradeoffs; recognizing the relationships or cross-coupling factors between sub-elements in a system and clarifying the interfaces. We can develop top-level designs and system architectures; assess risks; establish configuration baselines; and establish system verification test plans and procedures. HARPE architects are capable of designing complete communication and network laydown of commercial and tactical enterprise networks. These architecture designs are used in procurement recommendations and technology insertion/investigation. Task Planning Support

In conducting our task planning, HARPE develops program schedules and budget plans, formulating both broad and specific guidelines for planning program and task specific elements. We prepare recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans. Our team can implement approved recommendations and evaluate compliance by conducting program and budget reviews, utilizing established formats, and reporting requirements within the broad guidelines of current regulations.

Administrative Support Services

In conducting administrative and support services, HARPE covers diverse activities ranging from administrative documentation and clerical support to interoffice coordination and training. Our administrative support personnel will prepare, review and update administrative documentation. Administrative duties include identifying specific documentation to review or update, reviewing current documents together with other pertinent documents and revising or updating documentation to reflect the current status. HARPE administrative support personnel provide routine administrative and clerical assistance, including receiving/screening telephone calls and visitors. Additional support includes sorting incoming mail and processing documents that should be tracked throughout a commercial or government office for action, information or signature as required. Our personnel respond to routine, non-technical requests for information; scheduling appointments, making arrangements for and participating in conferences, meetings and presentations, including coordinating the location, schedule, agenda and all other arrangements with staff/participants, as well as coordinating and initiating travel arrangements, travel orders, and voucher preparation.
